Abide offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from it (the "Services"), to you, conditioned on your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the additional terms and policies referenced here and linked below. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use the Services.
We may update these Terms by posting changes on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws) in your use of the Services.
Section 2 — General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without our express written permission.

All content on this site and in our products — including embroidery designs, patterns, digital guides, instructions, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and text — is owned by or licensed to Abide Embroidery Co. LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

Section 4 — Pattern and Digital Guide License
When you purchase a kit, printed pattern, or digital guide, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the pattern for your own personal, non-commercial stitching. Under this license:
- You may stitch the design as many times as you like for yourself, and give finished pieces as gifts.
- You may print digital guides for your own personal use.
- You may not sell, share, distribute, upload, or reproduce the pattern, guide, or instructions, in whole or in part, in print or digital form.
- You may not sell finished pieces made from our patterns.
- You may not use our patterns or photos to create products for resale or to train generative AI models.
Group, classroom, church, and retreat use is welcome under our group purchase options — see our Groups, Classes, and Gifts page or contact us.
Section 5 — Accuracy of Information
We work to keep information on this site accurate, but it is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time.
Section 6 — Modifications to the Services and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part of them) without notice.
Section 7 — Products
Some products may be available only online and in limited quantities. They are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy. Subscription and pre-order purchases are also subject to our Cancellation Policy.
We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colors accurately. Handmade and hand-assembled items may vary slightly from photos.
Section 8 — Orders, Billing, and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. (Retailers: please order through our wholesale page.) If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email or billing information you provided. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Section 9 — Optional Tools and Third-Party Links
We may provide access to third-party tools and links to third-party websites, including affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices.
Section 10 — Reviews, Comments, and Submissions
If you send us or post reviews, photos, comments, ideas, or other submissions, you grant Abide a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, and publish them in connection with our business, including on our website, emails, and social media. You agree your submissions will not violate anyone's rights and will not contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene content.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Section 12 — Errors and Omissions
Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct them and to change or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, including after you have submitted an order.
Section 13 — Prohibited Uses
You may not use the site or its content (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe our or others' intellectual property; (c) to harass, abuse, or defame; (d) to submit false or misleading information; (e) to upload malicious code; (f) to collect personal information of others; (g) to spam, phish, scrape, or crawl; or (h) to interfere with the security of the Services.
Section 14 — Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind except as required by law. Embroidery involves needles, scissors, and small parts; kits are not intended for unsupervised use by young children.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abide Embroidery Co. LLC and its members, officers, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Section 15 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abide Embroidery Co. LLC and its members, officers, contractors, and service providers from any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Section 16 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Section 17 — Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us. We may terminate your access if you fail to comply with these Terms. Obligations incurred before termination survive it.
Section 18 — Entire Agreement
These Terms and the policies posted on this site are the entire agreement between you and Abide and supersede any prior agreements.
Section 19 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Columbia County, Georgia.
