The advent stitch along is what got me hooked on embroidery! The directions were so clear and so helpful that I felt confident of what I was doing and even mastered something that was so difficult to me before.

Sarah does such an amazing job designing beautiful patterns. They look so intricate, but she does a great job of breaking down the pattern in easy to accomplish steps by creating a pdf written guide and video tutorials. I have made this a new Christmas tradition with my mom and it’s so nice to take the time to slow down at this time of year and reflect on the life of Jesus. Plus, it’s fun to have a community to share and see their works.

I loved doing this advent stitch along, I purchased the kit and everything came beautifully packaged. The instructions were so clear and I really enjoyed the videos. This would make a beautiful gift.

I also love that I always end up with extra floss for future projects! This pattern is definitely friendly for all skills and completely doable. I thoroughly enjoyed this year’s stitch-along pattern! The pre-printed fabric made the project so easy to prepare and I felt more confident that it would turn out beautiful. I’m a fairly seasoned stitcher, but lettering always gives me trouble. Following along with the videos gave me great tips on how to make the letters turn out better than I’ve ever been able to do!

I have really enjoyed doing this embroidery over the past couple of weeks. This is my first pattern from abide and I have been so impressed. The instructions were very clear, and the combination of the written guide and video were very helpful. I did this with a friend so we could both use this to help us focus over advent. We both have children and are working, but the encouragement of doing this with a friend really helped us stay on track. I loved the Bible reading, the prayer and the song which really helped keep the embroidery time focused and set aside. We live in the UK and were able to get the right threads although we both got different fabric in the end. We are both now going to do last years one between Christmas and New Year and are really looking forward to joining in again at Easter. I would definitely recommend this beautiful pattern to anyone!

This guide was all-inclusive. It truly was a memorable way to celebrate the advent. The instructions were extremely clear to follow, and I will be doing this stitch along for every year it’s offered!

This was such a fun stitch along! I enjoyed the grass stitches so much. Of course the words are my favorite part. It is such a gift to be able to slow down and recenter myself on His goodness. The instruction videos are lovely! You won't regret picking up this piece!

This stitch along was such a wonderful experience, just like all of the previous stitch alongs! I ordered the fabric which came preprinted as it would be difficult to do myself with the dark color of the fabric. It was delivered quickly, and the fabric was wrapped up nicely with instructions for handling it. The videos are not too long, and Sarah's demonstrations in the videos are excellent and easy to follow and understand, even for beginners. The bible readings and prayers and music are so nice to have and helped keep my mind on the real meaning of Christmas. The pattern is beautiful, and the thread colors suggested really enhance it. I am very happy with my finished piece!

As usual, this design did not disappoint. I have loved all of my Abide Embroidery pieces, whether I order the digital version or purchase the entire kit. I really like the color choice of the fabric for this design and the use of metallic threads. It is beautiful! Thank you, Sarah!

I may have finished three days after Christmas, but I could not be more pleased with this design and this plan. The process was simple and easy to follow but also meaningful and stunning. I took the bait on a Facebook ad, and I’m so thrilled I did. I’m already pondering my next project…

Loved working on this project this year! The digital guide and videos make it very easy to follow along. My daughter did this along with me, which made it more special!
