“To Know God and Make Him Known” Embroidery Guide

So thrilled with this pattern! This was my first embroidery project ever, and everything was so well laid out, explained, and the video tutorials so very helpful -- it was a huge success! I think I'm officially hooked on a new hobby. Thank you so much, both for beautiful products and resourcing customers so well! 😊

I came across Abide Embroidery on instagram, I’ve never stitched before but was inspired to stitch the Word of God while dwelling upon scripture. Sarah creates beautiful stitch alongs that provide devotions, worship playlist, along with videos to help with beginners. Instantly I fell in love with this handicraft, not only was I stitching but I was connecting with the Lord through each stitch session. I’m so grateful to have found Abide Embroidery

I finished this piece and enjoyed the process. It hangs above my desk to remind me of God's will for me. Love it!

Used this pattern to make Christmas ornaments for the ladies in my dgroup. The guide was easy to follow and there are YouTube links within for different stitches if you need to reference those.

I embroidered this pattern as a gift for my daughter. It made for the perfect gift. She recently returned from a mission trip and shortly after headed back to school at a public university. The message is beautiful and perfect for her situation. Thank you for the work you do. It’s been a great encouragement to me.

I bought this having not done embroidery for many years, and really only doing basic stitches before. This was just the right message/design for a friend and so I bought it. I found the electronic guide really straightforward, and I only needed to print a few pages, viewing other pages on a tablet. I was able to mostly use supplies I had already, and it didn't take too long to complete. I did find the lettering the hardest to do, and really should have done it with more light (my critical eye says it is a bit messy), but the overall effect of the product is lovely and I know my friend will love it. I'm already working out who else I can make one for :-)

I’m new to embroidering and this only my second full hoop so I’m still learning all the stitches. This one has been fun so far (I’m about halfway done) bc I can pick up and put it down easily when I have a few minutes since there are so many different flowers with a variety of stitches. Even if I only have 20 minutes I can see the progress with a flower or two being finished at a time. I’m excited to gift it to a friend

I’ve enjoyed doing this tutorial for it’s step-by-step simplicity, as well as the included links for all the specific stitches. Learning embroidery has given me a calming pastime to enjoy!

As a former classical educator who has discovered embroidery these past few months this motif reminds me of what I always hope to promote what is true, good, and beautiful. I can see using the artwork in many ways to enjoy creating project that point others towards truth, goodness, and beauty found in Christ. I praise God for Sarah’s ambition and creativity that can bless me and in turn bless others.

I’m new to embroidery and I feel like I hit the jackpot when I came across Abide! The steps are so detailed and easy to follow, the accompanying videos/tutorials answer any questions and squash any doubts, and the outcomes are amazing! This is my 3rd Abide Embroidery pattern. I love the variety of stitches and her videos are so easy to follow. Each pattern I do I learn a new stitch and I love that.

As always, the Abide Pattern Digital Guide was beautifully put together, easy to follow and easy to find help if you needed it for a stitch! I absolutely recommend these guides, and the physical packs, for anyone from beginner to seasoned stitcher!

A fun and meaningful craft project

This pattern was very easy to understand and very thorough. As a new embroiderer, I especially appreciated the instructions on how to transfer the pattern to the cloth.
