These patterns were very easy to follow, especially for a beginner. I appreciated the tutorial links. The one thing I wasn't quite prepared for were the amount of french knots and how much time that would take. But otherwise, I really enjoyed this project. I used the same background fabric for both, using the blue thread from the manager for the lettering. I'm really pleased with how these turned out.
I am a beginner and this was my first project. I was so unsure when getting started and this made it so easy. The supplies list, the tutorials and everything included was absolutely perfect. The tutorial videos were helpful. If you’re a first timer, you’ll start with French knots which can be tricky at first. I recommend having a second hoop nearby to practice on before starting. If you can get about 10-15 in a row on your practice ones without messing up, then you’ll fly through the ones on the pattern. I only did 3 or so practice ones and it took me a little bit to get going on the project, and then all of a sudden, I got the hang of it and had no issues after that.
I would absolutely order again!
I’m excited to gift these ornaments to our youth leaders at church. They’ve been working so hard to fill in while we look for permanent help. They love our kids so well. I think they’ll appreciate the message and work behind these patterns. Thanks for all you’re doing.

I’m just finishing up the Isaiah 43:1 embroidery with the lovely textured waves at the bottom. It is a gorgeous piece both in its art and in its sentiment. I love the detailed directions and you tube instructional videos. Sarah makes it very easy to be successful no matter your proficiency with embroidery.
