Love these Christmas ornament patterns from Abide! I had never embroidered before Abide but realized Sarah is a wonderful teacher and that embroidering for me is a wonderful stress relief and also a beautiful way to meditate on God’s word. With this pattern by daughter who is 11 asked if she could try- I had her watch the videos for stiches just like I did and she was able to complete the “Mighty God” one in one day and is now wanting to complete the entire set! She loves it now too!
I used these with felt to make the BEST Christmas tree ornaments. They look perfect and I can’t wait to give them to my mom for Christmas. The pictures don’t do these ornaments justice. I’m sure I will be making more.

This was exactly as described. Instructions are clear and easily followed to produce a lovely result. The fun of this project is how simply they stitch up and how much you can change them with just swapping out colors. I love mine so much I’m making a set for my mother for Christmas!

I've been so thankful that I stumbled across Sarah's patterns several years ago. With 3 of the large designs (including one SAL) completed, this season I decided to purchase the Names of Jesus pattern to teach my girls to embroider (and make gifts for our grandmothers). Thanks, Sara for teaching me so that I could teach my girls!
