Shipping and Refund Policy

Abide Embroidery Co. offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@abideembroidery.com. If your return is accepted, you will be provided with a return shipping label. This shipping label is a flat $4 rate and will be deducted from your refund. After your item(s) have been inspected for quality, a refund will be issued.

Damages and Wrongs Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if part of your order is missing, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We are always happy to right a wrong we have made! Return shipping for a damaged product or an incorrect order is always free.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

Digital Patterns, Gift Cards and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
