Sara has done it again! I can't wait to begin stitching this pattern. I am an experienced embroiderer and could pull together all the supplies BUT it is such a special treat to order and use one of Sara's quality kits! Everything is there and ready for me to begin stitching. Looking forward to it!

I am enjoying this project; taking a bit more time than the Easter stitch a-long, but I make small stitches, lol! I struggle to loosen up! I am REALLY looking forward to seeing the finished product. When I saw this pattern pop up in my email and on Instagram, I immediately knew it was a pattern I had to create! It is absolutely stunning! The textures, colors, and the beauty of a countryside scene with hills in the background and wildflowers in the foreground, is such a peaceful and engaging scene! Also, the additional technique of thread painting within this project adds a unique touch to the design, giving it a beautiful flow of both symmetry and asymmetry, representative of a natural countryside scene. Knowing that Christ always holds us in the palm of His hand, in every circumstance and situation, is a great reminder of His immeasurable love for each of us! I’ve purchased several templates from Abide, after joining the Lent stitch along. I’ve loved every single one and can’t wait to learn more and finish these beautiful projects.

I bought this as a gift to myself. I was going to be having a big surgery and know that having my hands busy quiets my mind. These were perfect. My mind quieted while I meditated on Scripture. These kits are so beautiful, and everything you need is included. Including links to easy-to-follow YouTube videos if you’re not sure what to do next. I can’t wait to start my next design from Abide!

I’m just finishing up the Isaiah 43:1 embroidery with the lovely textured waves at the bottom. It is a gorgeous piece both in its art and in its sentiment. I love the detailed directions and you tube instructional videos. Sarah makes it very easy to be successful no matter your proficiency with embroidery. I love surrounding myself with scripture and beauty. Sarah’s pieces do just that.
